| 1. Reading phase
| It is done automatically: according to the settings selected during the definition of the application, are perofrmed the image processing operation and the different recognition engines are used to transform the images into data. The reading phase gives a percentage of confidence to every character and field recognized. During the recognition it is possible to see the log of what it is happening as well as it is possible to see the point of job in the unit Progress e Log.

| 2. Verify and Correction phase
| This phase requires user presence. If the EBV was enabled then all character having a confidence under the specified threshold are displayed so that the user can verify and correct them in Character Check section: the visualization is by homogenous classes so that is easy for an operator to identify the bad recognized chapes looking a group of similar chapes. Next, alle the fields having a percentage under the predefined threshold, are displayed in the Fields correction section: the user can see both the read data and the original image and can correct bad data. If the text-to-speech option is enabled, then the computer read the recognized data and the operator have just to check the image, increasing the speed and reducing the error rate.
